OUR VALUES

Flip Electronics believes that accomplishing its mission and seeing the vision for the company fulfilled requires healthy and mutually beneficial relationships with all of our stakeholders. To that end, we agree that our core values are:

Integrity

Respectful and healthy relationships, both personal and professional, begin with treating each other the way we want to be treated—honestly, transparently, and respectfully. We strive not only to be understood but to understand the various viewpoints and perspectives of everyone we interact with.

Customer Service

Honest communication and a cooperative approach direct our interactions to meet our customers’ needs.

Accountability

We are accountable to our customers, our suppliers, and each other. By retaining ownership of both our challenges and our successes, we internalize the effort to accomplish. We do not grow by placing blame; rather, we examine the circumstance with honesty, seeking counsel, and finding ways to prevent mishaps in the future.

Results

The measure of our success is delivering the right parts at the right time while exceeding our customers’ expectations.

Excellence

We cannot achieve our goals by doing “just enough.” We must transcend the conventional wisdom and find those answers that no one else thought of. We must do this while embracing the other core values and bringing to market a unique and extraordinary service.
