General Description:
Looking for a candidate with supply planning / scheduling experience in the Semiconductor or
similar high-tech industry. Work as part of the Sales Operations Group along with cross-functional teams to support the corporate revenue goals and manage on-time delivery expectations.
Reports to: Director of Sales Operations / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Customer order scheduling in ERP System
- Monitor and maintain backlog schedules on a day-to-day basis, identifying potential scheduling and resourcing issues
- Perform timely and accurate processing of schedule updates, ensuring that all stakeholders
are informed of any changes to order schedules
- Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management
Education/Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- BS degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field) preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment (preferred)
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of scheduling activities in production environment
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good work ethics - self-disciplined with the ability to work with little supervision
- Strong computer skills, including experience using an ERP system and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.); advanced Excel skills desired
