The Operations Technician is a nonsupervisory role that is tasked with performing the activities associated with the receipt, storage, and shipping of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative receipt of incoming material according to Flip’s quality management system
- Perform material storage and inventory activities according to Flip’s quality management system
- Perform shipping activities according to Flip’s quality management system and other statutory and regulatory authorities
- Review sales, purchasing, and operations documentation to ensure compliance to the quality management system requirements
- Support sales activities through technical advice
- Recordkeeping
- General housekeeping of Operations areas
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Previous Experience:
- Experience with data reporting and document analysis
- Experience with U.S. Export Control regulations
Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP system concepts
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Flexibility and ability to work on multiple diverse projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
