Maximize the overall Flip brand through our marketing strategies and initiatives.
Supports the production of marketing materials, assist with strategy, updates advertising copy, reports, and presentations.
Employs marketing analytics techniques to gather important marketing campaign data.
Creation of marketing content and proofreading material to support of Flip’s initiatives.
Participates in marketing campaigns alongside management to produce effective strategies– creates email templates, content, and data analysis.
Understands marketing trends and customers.
Assist with creating, planning, implementation and execution of trade shows, industry awards, conferences, and various company events.
Participates in Social Media platforms activities – scheduling, daily posting, composing and proofreading content.
Executes “On the Flip Side” newsletters (internal/external) email blasts, composes original content, assists with analytics.
Other duties as assigned
Must be in office minimum 2 days a week or as needed
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience:
College Degree or relevant equivalent experience is required
Minimum 2yrs marketing experience required
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient with Social Media platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with multifaceted marketing campaigns
Proficiency in computer skills, presentation creation
Works well within a team
Fast learner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter - ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast paced, interrupt driven environment
